Timelapse Construction of a Custom Aerospace Crate

 
We have been busy building custom aerospace crates for a client that needed to transport a fragile aircraft stabilizer.

Check out this video of our technicians busy making one of these crates. You’ll notice that we built a complex construction using our inverted pin router that supports the weight of the stabilizer. You’ll also see a number of other assets: a foam lined hardware box, custom stencils and precision drill guides.
