Update in response to COVID-19

 

We have received phone calls and inquiries in recent days from customers concerned about our work schedule during this time.

Please note that Reid Packaging has been deemed an essential business by the Department of Homeland Security during the COVID-19 outbreak. We remain open and in full operation. We understand that we are a crucial part of your supply chain and we will continue to operate unless local government restrictions prevent us from doing so.

To date Reid Packaging has no cases or symptoms of COVID-19 among our staff. We are implementing all the CDC’s guidelines for mitigating viral spread at our workplace and we are doing our very best to make sure that all materials and products that enter and leave our property are safe, while keeping the safety and health of our customers and employees our top concern.

We always strive to maintain at least four to six weeks of raw materials inventories and are currently in good shape to fill any orders for crates and boxes within our normal lead times. We are also in a good position to satisfy expedited orders if required but of course that status can change rapidly.
